For your review and considering, announced as part of BC’s Economic Recovery Program- the Community Economic Recovery Infrastructure Program. Please note the October 29th deadline and requirement to have a BUSINESS BCeID. (SEE ATTACHED INFO) https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/economic-recovery/cerip Under the Community Economic Recovery Infrastructure Program (CERIP), the Province is committing up to $100 million to support community economic resilience, tourism, heritage, and urban and rural economic development projects. The projects will help communities impacted by COVID-19 and support B.C.'s post-pandemic economic recovery. Eligible applicants can receive a one-time, 100% funded provincial grant to support four key streams: · Community Economic Resilience · Destination Development · Unique Heritage Infrastructure · Rural Economic Recovery Review each stream for specific funding cap information. All funds will be paid out by March 31, 2021. Projects must start by December 31, 2021 and end by March 31, 2023. All application forms and supporting documentation must be received, through the LGIS by Thursday, October 29, 2020 (11:59pm PDT). Subject: Business BCeID for CERIP funding Please note that if any folks our region are applying for the Community Economic Recovery Infrastructure Program they will require a Business BC eID account. It can take up to 15 days to get the ID. Please encourage folks to apply for it asap as the funding deadline is October 29th, 2020. Steps are below. Please share with your networks.
