Hi, my name is Mary and I am the founder of Island Farm to Table.
I have always been passionate about good food. To be honest, a significant portion of my life has been devoted to preparing healthy and sustainable food for my family. Since we purchased our property on Quadra island over 30 years ago, my family and I have found joy around the dinner table while eating fresh meat and organic produce from our small farm. Now that my children are grown and sharing their passion for good food with their own families, I have opened Island Farm to Table to share my love for delicious food with the community I cherish. |
